Sticking to the knitting
Or why we don’t blog for now…..
Our priority is always in giving you – our loyal customers – the best service possible. As a firm we are strong believers in ‘Sticking to the knitting’. (We have lots of other sayings – like – ‘Seeing the wood for the trees’ or ‘How do you eat an elephant – one bite at a time’ or ‘If at first you don’t succeed – try, try again’)
Essentially, we are good Accountants – not marketeers or bloggers. We know how to turn raw data into usable management information – which leaves you to focus on what you are good at – your business. We know how to best advise you and wisely support you to steer a course. We stay ahead of the game – and know that you need to.
But we sat down and asked ourselves – ‘Why are we blogging?’ – ‘Does it serve us or you?’
And the answer is NO!
The reality is – it is our opinion about something – and that something is turned into a thinly veiled marketing opportunity. At Quay Accounts – we believe we don’t need gimmicks or fluff or any other persuasion tactic.
Our website must be aligned with our approach – no nonsense, straight talking, common sense. We serve, and understand the life of the small businessman and will continue to do so.
Boiled down – our advice is plain – The 3 Be’s >>>>>
1) Be Honest
2) Be Trustworthy
3) Be Reliable.
Any business that sticks to that has a great chance to be a success. We don’t rule out a return to blogging – but for now, as grandma says – we will ‘Stick to the knitting’.
